According to information reaching us, the fast rising act, Naira Marley is still in the prison over his inability to meet up with his bail conditions.
Marley was arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on May 20, 2019 on an 11-count charge bordering on cyber crime.
on Thursday 30th of May, a Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos, on Thursday, May 30, 2019, granted bail to a Nigerian artiste, Azeez Fashola, also known as Naira Marley, in the sum of N2,000,000.00( Two Million Naira).
He was granted bail in the sum of 2 million Naira with 2 sureties. Each of the sureties must be be level 10 staffs in the lagos state government and must have landed properties in the Lagos state.
However, a close source in his camp told PROFJAYSBLOG that Naira Marley is still in Ikoyi prison as his bail conditions is yet to be met as they have hardly gotten 2 sureties who will risk standing in for him.
His next case hearing will be later this year and we have heard series of articles pointing against him.
This might be the reason why everyone who might be wanting to stand in as a surety for him scared because the case is still broadly open and he might still be going to jail as he is not entirely free yet even if he gets the sureties.
according to the last press release we got from his team via his own social media account, it reads that they are still trying to perfect the bail condition and he will be out by Friday.
As at Friday night, a source told us that they are finding it difficult to get the sureties as every other thing is ready for him to come out.
