Iheanyi Chinasa as the Overall Rapid Personality of the Year 2025, presenting him with the Prestigious Excellence in Leadership and Public Service Award. The award recognizes Hon. Hon. Chinasa attributed his achievements to the administration of Governor Alex Chioma Otti, OFR, saying the governor’s leadership has opened new pathways for merit, competence, and opportunity.
