In a poignant display of compassion and people-centered leadership, Hon. Iheanyi Frank Chinasa, Chief Liaison Officer, Abia State Liaison Office Abuja, has marked the birthday of Governor Alex Otti with a humanitarian outreach to patients in Umuahia.
Chinasa paid the medical bills of several indigent patients at Mother Mary Hospital and the Federal Medical Centre Umuahia, including Mrs. Esther Chinedum, who was undergoing treatment for breast cancer, and Mrs. Nnenna Thomas, who had undergone surgery for an enlarged appendix.

“This gesture is a deliberate tribute to Governor Otti, whose leadership prioritizes alleviating the burdens of Ndi Abia,” Chinasa said. “There is no better way to celebrate a people-centric Governor than by using the occasion of his birthday to reach out to those in dire need.”
Chinasa appealed to Abians to unite in support of Governor Otti’s vision of transforming Abia into a leading state, praying that his vision would not be cut short.
The intervention has rekindled hope and strengthened faith in responsive governance, reaffirming a shared commitment to a compassionate and progressive Abia.
