Chief Dr Kachi Iheme, a community leader, opinion moulder and a political analyst has clinched the ticket for Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency under National Democratic Congress (NDC).
Chief Kachi Iheme won his opponent with a landslide victory during the Party primaries monitored by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and other party executives.
Chief Kachi scored a total of 434 votes to defeat his close rival who managed to pulled a total of 209 votes across the two Local Government Areas.
In a statement released by his Campaign Director, Chief Dr Tony Curtis Okom, and made available to pjtvnews, he expressed profound gratitude to all his supporters who came out from all the wards in both Local Government Areas to participate in the primary election exercise.

This is to reliably inform us that our candidate for Isuikwuato/Umunneochi in the person of Chief Dr. Kachi Iheme has won landslide with the following votes for Isuikwuato 202 votes, Umunneochi 232 votes totalling 434 votes to win his closest rival who pulled a total votes of 209 votes.
We want to thank all our supporters from across the localities who came out en masse to support our sagacious and indefatigable candidate for House of Representatives.
We are waiting for the certificate of return from the National Democratic Congress from Abuja by next week to start serious work for our brother from Acha and Oguduasa in general who has gone for this serious exotic elective position.
We pray and believe this time God who is on our side will take us to National Assembly like it did for other communities in the past. This is our time. Everything is possible through the help of God. Let us unite and deliver Chief Dr. Kachi Iheme.
