The Director of pjtvnews, Mazi Juachi Ochu has celebrated Chief Dr Onyinye Kay Rufus Obi, the Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency candidate in the last general elections and the founder of Onyinye Kay Rufus-Obi Foundation on the occasion of her birthday.
